Shipping policy

  • Free shipping on all digital products.
  • All purchases are made via the website: https://www.consumehercollective.com. Upon purchase, customers will receive their digital products within minutes via EMAIL. If an  error occurs in the processing of your order, you can contact us via email at support@consumehercollective.com and we will be able to assist with your purchase.
  • For all physical items, please allow up to 3 business days for processing on any orders made after 5pm PST on any given business day, plus the estimated shipping timeframe given for your package to arrive. 
  • ConsumeHER Collective is not liable for any lost or stolen packages as we fulfilled the order. If you experience package theft at your residence, please arrange to mail the product to an address in which you are sure it can be received. Refunds or replacements will not be permitted under any circumstance other than due to any fault of our own. If you find any damage to the product upon receiving it, please email support with photos. Our team will review the claim and make a determination on how to resolve the issue. Email must include a subject title as we receive loads of spam.
