Q: How long does credit repair take?
A: Credit reports are like people — we all come in all shapes & sizes, with different backgrounds & experiences. Just as some people might need a little guidance and others require ongoing therapy or specialized care to heal from deeper traumas—credit reports also require different levels of attention depending on their present circumstances. Some only need a few small adjustments to get back on track, while others need a more intensive and prolonged approach to repair the deeper “scars” left by inaccurate or damaging accounts. The process, pace, and strategies will always depend on the unique condition of the report. In plain terms — every case is unique because some clients may have more derogatory accounts than others. Disputes can also face different levels of pushback depending on the bank, the nature of the remark, or the balance owed. On average, the process takes 4–8 months, while more complex cases can take 12+ months. Disclaimer: Whether you work with us or not, please know that anyone promising “full results” in 4 days, 14 days, or even 30 days is not being truthful. We have gotten results in as little as 3 hours, but it doesn’t happen often enough to make it a promise or even advertise it as it can be misleading.

Q: Do I need to send you my credit reports each month?
A: No. For each month your membership with us is active, we pull the update and import them directly via our integrated system and you will be able to see the progress in your client app/portal.

Q: Will you remove all negative items from my report?
A: We dispute negative, inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated items. Before sending disputes, we’ll review the specifics with you so you understand why certain accounts are included and others are not. There are many misconceptions about what “should” be removed, so we will educate you on the best approach.

Q: How soon will I see results?
A: Timelines vary. Some clients see changes within 14 days, others around 45 days, and some in 90 days or more. However, the overall estimated timeline for completion can take between 4 and 8 months, and up to 12 months in rare cases.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Our services start at $49/month after an initial setup fee that varies based on the report/workload. Some clients may have 1 eviction and a few inquiries — while another might have 8 collections totaling $20k, 1 repo, and 3 accounts with late payments. It wouldn’t be fair to charge both the same when one requires significantly more work and effort.

Q: Do I need to keep credit monitoring (SmartCredit) active during the process?
A: Yes. It’s required so we can pull your updated report each month to track what’s been deleted and what items remain for the next round of disputes. IdentityIQ, Credit Karma, and Experian are not compatible with our system and cannot be accepted at this time.

Q: Can I do credit repair myself?
A: Absolutely!! I was originally self-taught! The biggest “secret” to being successful at repairing your credit is PERSISTENCE. DO NOT GIVE UP! Many clients only choose to work with us simply for the convenience of time, diligence, and expertise.
